Ensure that everyone involved in the Service Engagement follows the defined procedures for the Communication Management and keeps the communication running accordingly.

During the “Service Run”-phase, it is important for the Engagement Manager to implement and successfully deliver the communication commitments as defined in the Communication Plan, especially those that have been agreed with the Client. Communication, whether internal or external, must be delivered in a timely manner and be relevant to the audience receiving the information.
